• Always call before coming to our practice – our team can give you emergency advice over the phone, advise you where and when to bring your pet to see a vet, and prepare for your arrival.

Our Out of Hours veterinary team

Outside of our usual opening hours, our very own dedicated critical care team, North Surrey Veterinary Emergencies is 4 miles away in East Molesey (on-site with our Molesey Vets practice).

Emergency Home Visits

Out of hours, NSVE do not offer home visits due to the volume of patients and their intensive care needs. If you cannot transport your pet yourself, we recommend asking a friend, neighbour, or using a pet taxi service.

If you have been advised to bring your pet to our vet practice in Teddington during our regular opening hours, and transport is impossible, we will endeavour to send one of our usual Alpha Vets’ veterinary surgeons to visit your pet at home. Please note, emergencies in clinic must take priority in these cases so it is always best to bring your pet to us.
